Returns
In order to support you as best as possible, you can contact our customer service at bonjour@la-coquerie.fr for any requests concerning your order.
In the event of an error, we will a pleasure to exchange your product upon return of your order in order to avoid any waste and overproduction (return costs are your responsibility, the return price is estimated at €2.82 for a tracked letter).
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products personalized by you, for all cases or accessories on which a photograph or personalized message appears.

Returns cannot be accepted fourteen calendar days after receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility; it is recommended to return your item with a tracking number. In the event of non-receipt of your item and without proof of your shipment, we decline all responsibility. Products affected by a one-off offer are excluded. In the event of an error on our part (error on your visual or telephone model) or a defective item received, please contact us via the contact section of our site, by email bonjour@la-coquerie.fr under fourteen calendar days so that we
can repair our mistake by sending you the correct product as soon as possible.
If no solution satisfactory to you has been found, the return form is available to you at any time on our site or as a downloadable document in your order confirmation email. You have a period of fourteen calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your product (L.221-18 of the Consumer Code). Return costs are your responsibility. We strongly advise you to make your return by registered letter.
Refunds are made within fourteen days after receipt of your return. Refunds cannot be made if your return has been lost and you do not have proof of sending, the absence of its original packaging(s) or in the event that the ) item(s) would be damaged or if you have failed to mention your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration.
You have the possibility of using a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to resolving a dispute amicably.
However, you can only contact the mediator if you have have previously made a written request directly to the company or our customer service to try to resolve your dispute. If this step is not carried out, the mediation request will be inadmissible.

These General Conditions of Sale (the “General Conditions of Sale”) apply when you (“Customer” or “you”) place an order with LA COQUERIETM (“Company”, “us” or “we”) on la-coquerie.fr, (the “Website”).
By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have obtained authorization from your legal representative.
You also agree to respect these General Conditions of Sale. You also confirm that you have read the information regarding personal data and cookies and that you approve the use of this data.
We sell products in different countries, so these General Conditions of Sale are intended to apply worldwide
integer. However, additional laws may apply depending on the country where you live. We respect these applicable laws, and nothing in these General Conditions of Sale should be perceived as a limitation of your rights, if the laws concerned offer you greater rights than those indicated in the conditions presented here.

Commands, etc.
When you receive an order confirmation from us, this means that your order has been accepted and a purchase contract has been concluded. We recommend that you retain the order confirmation for any future contact with us. We may reject an order if you provide incorrect personal data or if you have a history of non-payment of debts for example.
Until you receive this confirmation from us, you have the option of canceling your order. In this event, we will refund any payment made by you or your payment card or credit company.
Like the majority of online sales sites, and in agreement with your bank, payment is made at the time of the order.
In exceptional cases, the cancellation of an order is possible up to 2 hours after placing it, beyond that the order will be processed and your case or mug manufactured by our team.
We may cancel an order if the products ordered are out of stock. We will then refund any amount paid and inform you of the existence of equivalent products if they are available.
The products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment corresponding to their sale.
Customer information, etc.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you provide to us.
You are responsible for all purchases made using your login credentials. So make sure to keep your login credentials secret and prevent any unauthorized person from accessing them. Do not hesitate to contact us if you suspect an unauthorized person has obtained access to your login credentials.
If your order is returned to us because the postman was unable to deliver to you, due to lack of access or addressing or to an unknown recipient at the address you provided, The return costs are your responsibility. You will therefore have to pay an additional €5 in order to benefit from the return of your product. If this payment is refused, the product ordered cannot be refunded. In order to be able to pay the €5 due for this return, we will provide you with a link when we contact you to notify you that your order has returned to our workshop. Please note that returns are considered non-priority by La Poste and can therefore sometimes take time to reach us and we cannot tell you any receipt time. Additionally, tracking often directly shows the package as delivered to the recipient, even if we haven't received anything yet. You will therefore be informed of the receipt of your order in our workshop when we send you the payment link.

Customer reviews are collected only from consumers who left their email address as a means of communication when ordering on the site. We produce most of our cases in "transparent" outline color, if this color is not available on your phone model, you will receive your case in black or white outline.

Shipping and delivery
In-stock products are generally supplied within the time frame indicated on the website. The estimated delivery time for an order is indicated in the order confirmation. Our products are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours and delivery takes on average 1 to 5 working days after shipment. It can take approximately 10 working days for orders sent abroad.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to follow up on your order. In the event that your tracking number indicates your package as "delivered" and you have not received anything, we invite you to contact your local post office which will be best authorized to inform you. Please contact us
only after having received feedback from La Poste upon your complaint. We decline all liability if the non-performance or poor execution of your shipment is either attributable to you, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
Warranty and complaints
Some of our products may include warranties. Information regarding these guarantees is provided on the website or in these General Conditions of Sale. The order confirmation constitutes the warranty certificate.
We provide a two-year legal warranty on our phone cases and GRIPS from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, and therefore does not cover defects appearing during or after changes to the function or appearance of the products, such as reconstruction, improvement or any other configuration of the products.
As the products are not repairable, we only offer a replacement of your phone case or GRIP in the event of a defect and if your product is still under warranty.
You You are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of your item during the twenty-four months following delivery of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of our commercial guarantee. Our commercial guarantee is an extension of your legal guarantee, in order to benefit from it in the event of a problem, you will need to provide proof that the defect mentioned is a defect present since receipt of the product, before use.
You can decide to implement the warranty against defects
