How do I identify my headphone model?

To identify the model of your headphones, here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Open your phone's settings .
  2. Go to the “ Bluetooth ” or “ Connected Devices ” section.
  3. Find your headphones in the list of connected devices .
  4. Your headphones model will usually be displayed next to the device name, or in the additional details.

If you still have doubts, consult the box or the user manual of your headphones where the model will also be indicated.

How do I maintain my hull?

Clean with a soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth (add a drop of dish soap if necessary).

Is my case waterproof or UV resistant?

Are returns possible?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the products concerned. However, personalized and/or limited edition products unfortunately cannot be returned.

We encourage you to limit returns as much as possible to reduce the ecological impact of transport. If a return is necessary, a €5 contribution will be requested. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email and include the return slip in your package to be reimbursed. Thank you for contributing to more responsible shopping!

Can I make an exchange?

We do our utmost to limit returns and exchanges in order to reduce unnecessary transport and its ecological impact. This is why we encourage our customers to make a thoughtful choice before purchasing.

However, if an exchange is necessary, it is entirely possible to do so. Write to us and send us your proof of sending in order to proceed with the exchange.
