How much is shipping ?

Delivery is free on our entire site at the moment!

Do I need to be present to receive my package?

No, no need!

Your postman is responsible for sending your package directly to your mailbox.

If you choose Colissimo or Chronopost as your delivery method, it is preferable to be present.

What is the delivery delay ?

As soon as your order is shipped, allow 1 to 5 days for delivery to France. For abroad, the delay can be up to 10 days depending on your country.

Don't panic!

We have 2 manufacturing workshops and preparation of your orders. It is sometimes necessary to make two different shipments, at no additional cost. :)

How to track my order ?

If you have opted for tracked delivery, you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped to track the delivery of your order.

Once your basket is validated, you can add your promo code or voucher at the payment stage in the field provided for this purpose.

How to make a return?

You benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal for the products concerned.


To return them to us, simply read the instructions in your confirmation email, and slide into your parcel the return slip in order to be reimbursed.

Our cases are made of silicone! They are printed in ULTRA HD. We are the only ones to benefit from such printing quality for Made in France products.

Where are your products made?

The majority of our products are made in France! This is particularly the case for our phone cases and grips. We manufacture them in 2 different workshops in France.

Are the cases guaranteed?

Yes, you benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee, from your date of purchase.

Can we add emojis/smileys to personalized products?

Yes of course!

Attention: they will be adapted according to our system. They may therefore be slightly different from those requested.
