🔄 Returns & Exchanges
At Bellugia , your satisfaction is our priority! If your order does not suit you or if a problem has arisen, here is everything you need to know for a simple return or exchange.
✅ In which cases can I request a return or exchange?
📌 Error on our part (wrong product sent, manufacturing defect, damaged item)
→ We will immediately send you the correct product without you having to return the item received . A new tracking number will be communicated to you upon shipment.
📌 Order error on your part (wrong model, color, etc.)
→ Don't worry! You can easily exchange your product for the correct model.
The conditions:
Send us a photo of the product received for verification.
Once your request has been validated, return the product to us (return costs are your responsibility, see our T&Cs).
Upon receipt of proof of posting , we will dispatch the correct product.
📌 Change of mind
→ You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The conditions:
The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging .
Return costs are your responsibility.
A €5 management fee will be deducted from your refund (our approach aims to limit unnecessary returns by encouraging responsible purchasing and the impact of transport).
🔄 How to make a return?
1️⃣ Check that your request meets the conditions above as well as those listed in our T&Cs.
2️⃣ Fill out our online return form (link available on our website).
3️⃣ Once your request is validated, we will send you the return address.
4️⃣ Send us proof of sending once the package has been shipped.
5️⃣ Upon receipt of this proof, we will proceed with the exchange or refund within 10 to 15 working days .
