Which phone models are compatible with your Loop?
Our Loops are only compatible with magnetic phones , such as iPhones equipped with MagSafe (iPhone 12 and newer models).
⚠️ If your phone does not have MagSafe , our Loop will not be able to adhere properly.
💡 Tip: For other models, you can use a magnetic adapter to stick on your case, but we do not guarantee the same effectiveness as with an original MagSafe phone.

How do I attach my Loop to my phone?
It’s super simple! Our Loops are magnetic , so just place them directly on your MagSafe iPhone (iPhone 12 and newer models) and they stick instantly.
My Loop won't come loose?
Not at all! Our Loops are equipped with an ultra-strong magnetic system , designed to adhere firmly to MagSafe compatible phones and cases.
Thanks to their ergonomic design , they offer a secure and comfortable grip, thus limiting the risk of falling. And as a bonus, they transform into a practical support for watching your favorite videos.
💡 Please note : For optimal grip, make sure to use a MagSafe compatible phone or case.

My Loop won't damage or leave marks on my hull?
Don't worry! Our Loops are designed to attach magnetically , without glue or adhesive, which means zero residue and no marks on your case.
They attach and remove easily without damaging the surface, while providing a secure grip.

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are 7 to 10 working days on average.
How to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note that your tracking number may only be activated after 24/48 hours.
Are returns possible?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the products concerned. However, personalized and/or limited edition products unfortunately cannot be returned.
We encourage you to limit returns as much as possible to reduce the ecological impact of transport. If a return is necessary, a €5 contribution will be requested. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email and include the return slip in your package to be reimbursed. Thank you for contributing to more responsible shopping!
Can I make an exchange?
We do our utmost to limit returns and exchanges in order to reduce unnecessary transport and its ecological impact. This is why we encourage our customers to make a thoughtful choice before purchasing.
However, if an exchange is necessary, it is entirely possible to do so. Write to us and send us your proof of sending in order to proceed with the exchange.
